Roles and Responsibilities for Team Management: Administrative and Organizational Platform Manager
(1): Development Course Instructions:
1. Synchronous courses are held via live virtual classrooms.

3. A trainee may be removed from the course if impersonation, cheating, or misconduct is detected.

(2): Responsibilities: Follow-up on the support team, follow-up on registration procedures, follow-up on all support issues, receive and resolve trainee and trainer complaints and login difficulties. Email:

(3): Synchronous Classroom Management:
Responsibilities: Organize course links, publish links to trainees and trainers, open training classes, manage training class problem resolution, follow-up on trainees during the program, resolve synchronous class problems as they occur, communicate with the technical support team regarding any issues. Registration Department Manager (1): Open courses for registration, ensure the integrity of trainee data, communicate with the support team in case of any training issues, review data integrity, follow-up on receiving certificates, follow-up on exam and assignment procedures. Email:
