Each of these Terms of Service constitutes agreements (collectively, “Agreements”) between you and Doroby.com. By using the Platform, you accept and agree to be legally bound by the Agreements. Doroby.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. Such changes to these Terms are effective immediately upon posting on this page or elsewhere on this Site. Your access to the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and all changes contained therein. Drobi.com offers educational courses and online courses, which include opportunities for instructor-student interaction, student-student interaction, and individual assessment of trainees ("Courses") for students who demonstrate mastery of the subject matter.
Drobi.com pledges to:
1. Ensure the privacy of beneficiaries with clear privacy and usage policies and procedures published on the entity's official website. 2. Adhere to and disseminate the principles of intellectual property rights and copyright. 3. Provide technical and educational assistance to trainers and trainees throughout the duration of the training.

Attendance Policy
Trainers can access synchronous or asynchronous courses by logging in with their own personal information (username and password).
Attendance and absence are recorded by the trainer.
Synchronous attendance through live classes is calculated in parallel with in-person attendance.
Attendance is calculated based on its percentage of the total training course time, provided that the trainee's attendance rate is no less than 75% of the course's core hours.
This percentage determines whether or not a trainee is granted a certificate of attendance.
The number of trainees in a synchronous virtual class does not exceed (25) students.
Online Conduct
You agree that you are entirely responsible for your use of the Platform and the information posted under your username, which shall include all content provided by Droobi.com and posted by you or other users of the Site, including feedback, questions, comments, videos, file uploads, and third-party contributions. You also agree that your use of the Platform will comply with applicable agreements and terms, including copyright laws. You hereby undertake, as a condition of your use of the services provided by Droobi.com through the Platform, that you will not use the Droobi.com Platform in any manner intended to damage, impair, or overburden the Droobi.com server or any Droobi.com network(s) connected to any of its servers, or to interfere with any third party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any Droobi.com server, through mining, password mining, or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information stored on the Platform, or any of its servers or associated computers, through any means not intentionally made available through the Platform. The following list outlines the materials that are strictly prohibited from being distributed on the Platform:
Content that discusses illegal activities
Content that infringes third party intellectual property, including copyrights or trademarks
Pornographic, obscene, indecent, or unauthorized content
Advertising or any form of commercial advertising
Content related to politics
Viruses, corrupted files, malware, spyware, or any other similar programs that may cause harm.
Furthermore, you agree not to attempt to collect information or download any content without authorization, including the System's user guide, curricula, user postings, or personal information. You also agree not to forge or attempt to forge your identity while using the Platform. Any violation of the above-mentioned prohibitions may result in Droobi.com terminating your use, access, and/or participation in the Site without prior notice.
User Accounts and Authorization
To fully participate in the activities and services Droobi offers on the Platform, you must provide us with your name, email address, and user password to create a new user account (referred to as a "User Account"). You agree that you will never disclose or share your access to the Platform or your User Account information with any third party for any reason. During the creation of your User Account, you may be asked to provide additional optional information (for example, your address). You represent that all information you have provided is accurate and current. You also agree to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current. Important Notes
If you register for a course and wish to withdraw before the course begins, a 2.5% fee will be deducted from the course fee. If you withdraw after the course has begun, the fee is non-refundable.
